1. All returned products must be received within 30 days of the order's original shipping date located in the purchase receipt.
2. We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender"
3. Please clearly mark all packages with the RMA number. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed.
4. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
5. Returns sent after 30 days will be issued store credit.
